How coaching works:
1hr private coaching calls: We sit down on Zoom for an hour and I'll lead you through a custom coaching call based around whatever you most need in the moment. You can bring anything you want to the session. I'm not here to judge or fix, but rather to lead you towards a path of self-love & respect.
Recommended 3 months for lasting change: While there is no requirement of how many coaching sessions you sign up for, I do recommend 3 months of initial consistent coaching in order to experience a deeper, lasting transformation. Every situation is unique, there's no pressure, and you are encouraged to do what feels right to you.
