How it works:
1hr private coaching calls: We sit down on Zoom for an hour every week. In the first half of the call we'll discuss what's going on for you, get clear on your most important challenges, and celebrate your wins. The second half is for coaching, in which you'll be given tools & guidance towards building a closer relationship with yourself.
